Use Of Donations

Benny Hinn Ministries is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization registered in the United States. We are committed to honoring donor intent to the greatest extent possible and will make every effort to ensure that gifts designated to support specific countries, programs, projects, or goals are used in accordance with your wishes.

However, all contributions are solicited with the understanding that Benny Hinn Ministries has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.  Absent a specific, executed agreement to the contrary, all donations are considered designated (rather than restricted) gifts, meaning your designation is treated as a non-binding intention.

If circumstances change such that it becomes impossible, impractical, or inconsistent with charitable needs to use your gift as designated, Benny Hinn Ministries reserves the right to redirect your contribution to similar programs or purposes that further our mission. Our board of directors (or senior management acting under board authority) will make final determinations regarding the use of donations in a manner that best advances BHM’s charitable mission.
